This policy explains what information Core Custodian, LLC ("Core Custodian," "we," "us") collects through this marketing website, how we use it, and your choices. It covers the corecustodian.com website only. Use of the Core Custodian application is governed separately by the agreement in place with your organization.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through forms on this site:
- Demo & "Get started" requests: your name, work email, company or portfolio name, approximate number of assets, and role.
- Newsletter signups: your email address.
We do not require you to create an account on this website, and we do not ask for payment information here.
How we use it
- To respond to your demo or contact request and follow up about Core Custodian.
- To send the updates you subscribed to. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email and asking to be removed.
We use your information only for the purpose you provided it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend) and are stored in our business inboxes and any tools we use to follow up with you. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP address) to serve and secure the site.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary technical data is handled by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to follow up with you and, for subscribers, until you ask to be removed. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: reply to any newsletter email asking to be removed, and we will remove you.
- Access or deletion: email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
